On-site through the critical stages of the build, correcting mistakes and ensuring quality — then unpacking, setting up and furnishing.

Lettings & Room Management

Room-rate setting and revenue management, third-party operators where needed, and a centralised back office in Hong Kong. We integrate with Protel.

Revenue & Bill Payment

Efficient room-revenue and rental collection, and the management and on-time payment of bills.

Property Maintenance

Maintenance and repair across interiors and exteriors with trusted suppliers, maintaining all FF&E with replacements on damage.
